Vitamin B6 – Keeps skin moisturized and healthy. Necessary for new skin cell formation.
Potassium – Hydrates and moisturizes. Helps heals dry itchy skin
Magnesium – Promotes youthful radiant skin, anti-aging effects
Lactic Acid – Smooths, tones, tightens & lightens skin
Calcium – Boosts collagen production, maintains skin elasticity

Most of this spice's benefits come from curcumin, an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal. It helps with acne, anti-aging, skin brightening and inflammation.

Add about a tablespoon of the powder to a bowl and mix with a small amount of warm water - just enough to make a paste.
Apply to your face and neck, avoiding eye area and mouth. Leave for 10-15 minutes, then rinse off and apply moisturiser.
***Please don’t keep any of the mask you don’t use, it will not keep for long once you add water to the mix.
